Boutique Hotels in New Orleans seeks an Assistant General Manager — Hotel to lead daily operations at St. Charles Avenue, Downtown New Orleans.

You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations, while guiding department managers and ensuring smooth service delivery. You’ll drive staff development, manage scheduling, handle guest concerns, and assist with budgets and financial reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or Business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with accountability and teamwork.
• Sound judgment, financial awareness, and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.
• Coach and develop team members, coordinate training, and manage scheduling across departments.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and follow-through.
• Help manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial planning and reporting.
• Maintain brand standards through regular property inspections and attention to cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Keep departments connected and coordinate with Accounting on property needs.
• Support food and beverage operations as needed.
• Take charge of hotel operations in the General Manager’s absence and provide Manager on Duty coverage.
