Job summary

BRG Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for our New Orleans front-of-house operation. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, lead both salaried and hourly teams, and drive sales, costs, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage budgets, ensure food safety and BRG standards, and coordinate with executive leadership. Strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and finalize major decisions.
• Lead and develop salaried and hourly staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, labor costs and inventory control.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with BRG standards.
• Collaborate with CEO and departments on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and high service standards.
