Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Six years in hotel/hospitality with four years of progressive leadership.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments and manage budgets.

• Recruit, hire, train, counsel, and motivate all hotel team members.
• Actively supervise department heads and document performance or termination decisions.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, and staffing within approved guidelines.
• Conduct department meetings, performance appraisals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and compliance with brand standards and laws.
