Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee all departments. The role requires strategic focus on brand service initiatives, profitability, and regulatory compliance, with accountability for staffing, budgeting, and performance across front desk, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance.

The GM will partner with Sales to optimize revenue, supervise department heads, and foster a high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• Six years of hotel industry experience required.
• At least four years of progressive leadership in hotel operations, sales or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, counsels and motivates hotel staff across departments.
• Supervises department heads and enforces policies with oversight on discipline and performance.
• Oversees payroll, appraisals, and budgeting for multiple departments.
• Leads departmental meetings, weekly stand-ups and CIM sessions.
• Ensures guest services, safety, and compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Manages yield, room rates, and revenue optimization with Sales.
