Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group in Anaheim, CA seeks a General Manager to serve as the primary strategic business leader of the hotel, ensuring execution of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.

You will supervise all hotel disciplines, drive revenue and profitability, manage departments from front desk to food & beverage, oversee budgeting and staffing, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum six years in the hotel industry.
• Minimum four years of progressive leadership in hotel operations or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, counsels and motivates all team members across departments.
• Supervises department heads and enforces policies, with disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversees department payroll, performance appraisals and bonus calculations.
• Participates in departmental budgeting and scheduling within guidelines.
• Develops guest service excellence and anticipates guest needs.
• Ensures front desk operations, guest services, and other hotel disciplines run smoothly.
