The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of leadership in large resorts, a Hospitality Management or related degree, CHA preferred, and strong PMS and safety compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• CHA certification preferred; strong PMS and safety compliance knowledge.
