Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coach and develop department heads through regular meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy.
