Job summary

E.M.A. Hospitality seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to drive daily operations, achieve revenue and profit targets, and maintain high guest and employee satisfaction.

You will lead, train, and support hotel staff while ensuring quality, asset protection, and adherence to brand standards. The role requires developing budgets, forecasting labor and operating expenses, and implementing purchasing policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 2–5 years as hotel General Manager or in a hotel management role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations to meet revenue and profit goals while maintaining guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, training, direction and support to hotel staff.
• Forecast operating expenses and labor costs to assist budgeting.
• Schedule labor and control costs to maintain budgeted margins.
• Ensure policy compliance and effective purchasing procedures.
