Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Melbourne, Florida property to oversee daily hotel operations, lead hourly staff, and drive guest and associate satisfaction. The AGM will ensure safety protocols and promote a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates will have hotel experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to train and onboard teams. This role reports to the GM and may involve hands-on duties across front desk, housekeeping, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Hotel experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
• Manage hourly staff, scheduling, directing and training.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are in place and followed.
• Onboard and onboard new associates, promote teamwork and positive work environment.
• Assist GM/MUGM with interviewing and training.
• Support hotel revenue growth and cost controls to meet EBITDA targets.
