The role requires prior hotel experience, strong communication, and the ability to organize multiple priorities while driving revenue and controlling costs within budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations and guest issues.
• Supervise 8–15 hourly associates and ensure peak efficiency.
• Maintain safety and security procedures per company standards.
