Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP's Hotel Figueroa in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations, drive productivity, and enhance guest experience across Food & Beverage outlets and Front Desk. You will oversee all outlet operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with local laws, and partner with department managers to maintain high standards and financial performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must communicate effectively with employees and guests; multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk agents and guests.
• Provide all aspects of shift coverage in F&B operations as needed.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues.
