Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced operations leader for the Hotel Per La in downtown Los Angeles. The role oversees Rooms and F&B and partners with the executive team to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

As part of the executive committee, you will guide budgets, revenue forecasting, staff development, and adherence to brand standards while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in both rooms and F&B.
• Computer literacy and financial management required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings. Ensure compliance with brand standard operating procedures and policies.
• Develop and manage execution of Rooms/F&B division budgets and revenue forecasts; implement controls for expense management; ensure staff uses labor tools to schedule and control costs.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, help create and execute the hotel's financial objectives.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
