Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Director of Operations for Hotel Per La in downtown Los Angeles. Lead Rooms and F&B operations, oversee budgeting and financial planning, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting owner goals.

Serve as a key member of the executive team and ensure brand standards across departments. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management of daily operations, staffing, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience (preferably in rooms and F&B).
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, safety and labor relations, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to achieve the property’s guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Plan, organize, attend, and participate in hotel and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs and policies; manage budgets and revenue forecasts for Rooms and F&B.
• Hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, and discipline staff as needed; participate in executive committee decisions.
