Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on delivering 100% guest satisfaction, driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring policy compliance while resolving guest and associate issues.

The Team Lead will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, monitor inventory, and assist with front desk coverage and other duties to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service focus and problem solving.
• Ability to train and supervise a team of 8–15 hourly associates.
• Proficient use of property management systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to meet KPI targets and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach hourly associates to ensure policy compliance and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing to stay within budget and support GOP/EBITDA goals.
• Handle guest issues and escalate to GM as needed.
• Support sales and local market activities to improve occupancy and revenue.
