Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Operations to serve as second in command and partner with the General Manager to drive daily hotel operations. You will hire and develop staff, resolve guest issues, and ensure adherence to policies.

This role requires hands-on leadership and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will interface with department heads to direct and implement policies for the entire hotel and act as the General Manager in their absence, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field.
• 4+ years of management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Familiar with OSHA, health regulations and hazardous substances laws.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire new employees and build a strong team.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assign duties to department heads and monitor performance for policy compliance.
• Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring day‑to‑day policies.
• Step in as General Manager in their absence.
