Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks an Assistant General Manager to be the hotel’s second in command, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will interface with department heads to direct policies for the entire hotel and interact with guests as a representative of hotel leadership.

You’ll hire staff, resolve guest issues, assign duties, and support the General Manager in daily administration, including acting in their absence. This is a demanding, high-responsibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field.
• Fluently speak, read, and understand English.
• Team player with willingness to lead and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with department heads to direct policies for the hotel.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints.
