Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Executive Committee on staff, maintenance, sales, and P&L controls.
• Set quarterly department goals and track progress.
• Ensure service and product quality standards across all hotel areas.
• Maintain consistent, positive guest experiences.
• Oversee the Guest Service program and liaison with brand GSS.
• Enforce policy-compliant staff duties and courteous guest interactions.
• Support up-selling of hotel services to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee HR tasks: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews.
• Monitor payroll costs and other expenses against budgets.
• Help manage P&L by controlling costs and achieving CPOR.
• Foster open communication across departments to improve service.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and mentor staff to exceed expectations.
• Attend operational and departmental meetings.
• Suggest process changes to improve service and quality.
• Monitor supplies inventory to ensure staff have tools.
