Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all property equipment and ensure premises are in pristine condition.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management direction in a timely fashion.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through per procedures.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning and upkeep of interior/exterior areas, including snow/ice removal where applicable.
• Complete repairs listed on work orders, following the documented process.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Binder.
• Follow Green Shield Inspection schedule daily to meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records (deficiencies, inspections, logs).
• Keep maintenance areas organized and tools secured; ensure tool inventory is in good condition.
• Assist with maintenance of boiler rooms, electric rooms, HVAC, fire safety equipment, and comply with safety policies.
