Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that property equipment operates correctly, guest rooms remain in good repair, and the facility is maintained to company standards. The role involves cleaning, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs to support guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, following Green Shield Binder procedures, and maintaining thorough records while assisting with emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests.
• Basic math for unit conversions and measurements.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest and associate service with a 100% commitment.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks per Green Shield Binder.
• Complete repairs from work orders promptly and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follow Green Shield Inspection schedule to complete tasks on time.
• Keep maintenance area organized and inventory secure.
