Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair. You will complete tasks per the Green Shield Binder and follow management directions to maintain standards across the property.

The role involves performing preventative maintenance, responding to guest requests, and keeping detailed records. Weekly pay and competitive wages are offered with opportunities for growth and a responsible team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and premises to a pristine condition.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues per policies and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders and Green Shield Binder.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs as required.
• Assist with cleaning duties and general hotel upkeep when needed.
