Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to read and write routine reports.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measure units.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and operates with minimal supervision.
• Responds to guest requests with follow-through per guidelines.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning and maintains cleanliness of building, grounds, and common areas.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance as scheduled and documented.
• Maintains records and follows Green Shield Binder procedures.
