Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure hotel property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair. The role requires following Green Shield Binder guidelines and working with management to complete tasks promptly for a pristine guest experience.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and safety inspections, with the possibility of assisting at sister sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and associates.
• Works with minimal supervision while performing duties to satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises including trash removal and outdoor areas.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in internal guidelines.
• Follows safety policies and maintains records per schedule.
• Maintains organized work area and safekeeping of tools.
• Ensures safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
• Assists with emergencies and coordinates with management as needed.
