ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure property equipment functions, maintain pristine premises, and keep guest rooms in good repair. You will follow Green Shield Binder directives and work with management teams to complete tasks promptly.

The role includes preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinating with outside vendors as directed. Extensive duties cover cleaning, repairs, and record-keeping across hotel maintenance areas.
