The role emphasizes safe, courteous guest service, adherence to SOPs, teamwork, and cost-conscious asset care. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years maintenance experience; CPO certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer focused.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets under supervision.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to guest requests related to maintenance.
