B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineering Technician to support maintenance operations across hotel properties in Boca Raton. The role involves assist with preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and asset protection to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidate should have 2+ years in maintenance, High School diploma, and be comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds. Certification in CPO or appliance repair is a plus, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or ability to obtain certification based on property needs.
2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred; attention to detail, customer focused, and the ability to perform duties in a fast paced environment.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Maintain property assets and assist Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and capital expenditures.
Assist guests by responding to requests with a high level of service and knowledge of hotel property.
Identify maintenance concerns and provide solutions in collaboration with managers.
Follow standard operating procedures under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
Collaborate with other departments and complete duties inside or outside the engineering scope.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, use PPE when needed, and follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Plan, organize and prioritize work duties and attend required department and hotel meetings.
