B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations across its hotels. You will assist with preventive maintenance, repair hotel assets and grounds, and follow SOPs to protect asset value and guest satisfaction.

Must have high school diploma or GED; 2+ years maintenance experience preferred; certification such as CPO or appliance repair is a plus. The role offers weekly pay and strong benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists in engineering operations and maintenance of hotel assets.
• Supports preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and asset protection.
• Assists guests with requests while delivering high service levels.
• Follows standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
