The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred, and be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds. Certifications are a plus and must align with property needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property needs.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and assist the Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and capital expenditures.
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly and positive manner while delivering high levels of service.
• Identify concerns and provide maintenance solutions after assessment of property assets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and learn engineering SOPs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and complete duties safely.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures and incident protocols.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work as directed by the Chief Engineer.
