B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineering Operations Support professional to assist in maintenance, repair of hotel properties and asset protection under the Chief Engineer. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and adherence to high standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely while delivering exceptional service across hotel departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: learn preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and capital expenditures.
• Guest service: assist guests with repairs and maintenance while delivering high service levels.
• Identifies concerns and provides maintenance solutions as needed.
• Follows SOPs and works with the Chief Engineer to execute them.
• Works collaboratively with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and adheres to safety procedures.
• Self-management: plan and prioritize work and attend required meetings.
