Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance professional to support engineering operations at our hotels.

You will assist in maintenance, repair of hotel property, grounds, equipment, and participate in preventative maintenance and asset protection. You will follow SOPs, deliver courteous guest service, assess property assets, collaborate with the Chief Engineer and other departments, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property needs.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of hotel property, outside grounds, and hotel equipment.
• Assist guests and respond to requests with friendly, high-level service.
• Identify maintenance concerns and provide solutions; work with management.
• Follow standard operating procedures established by the group and Chief Engineer.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; use PPE as required and follow safety procedures.
• Self-manage duties by planning, organizing and prioritizing work as directed.
