B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance professional to support engineering operations at our hotels.

You will assist in maintenance, repair of hotel property, and asset protection, following SOPs and safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer, handle preventive maintenance, and respond to guest requests in a courteous manner. Minimum high school diploma; 2+ years maintenance experience preferred; ability to lift up to 100 pounds;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of hotel property, outside grounds, and equipment.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and asset protection.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and other departments as needed.
