B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance technician to support the hotel's engineering team in Maryland. You will learn preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, inspections, and capital expenditures to protect property assets.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and teamwork, with a typical hourly pay of $18–$19 and comprehensive benefits. Prior maintenance experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets in coordination with the Chief Engineer.
• Assist guests and respond to requests with high service standards.
• Assess property assets and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Follow SOPs under the Chief Engineer’s guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and use required PPE.
• Plan and prioritize work per Chief Engineer instructions and attend required meetings.
