This role covers maintenance and repair of hotel assets, grounds, and equipment, plus preventative maintenance to protect assets and guest satisfaction. You will work with the Chief Engineer, follow SOPs, and provide courteous guest service. A high school diploma is required; 2+ years maintenance experience preferred; CPO or appliance repair certification is

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of hotel property, outside grounds, equipment and assets.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and asset protection.
• Provide courteous guest service and respond to guest requests.
