Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineer Support role to assist in maintenance, repair of hotel property and grounds, and asset protection.

You will work alongside the Chief Engineer to ensure preventive maintenance and capital expenditures are understood and executed, while providing excellent guest service. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED, with 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets under supervision of Chief Engineer.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Perform equipment repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist guests with requests related to maintenance and hotel operations.
• Follow established SOPs and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
