Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions and guest rooms are in pristine condition. The role supports the Green Shield Binder standards and works with management to complete tasks timely.

The position involves responding to guest requests, performing repairs, and maintaining detailed records. Weekly pay, competitive wages, and employee perks are part of the package at ESA properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Keeps property equipment in good working order and premises clean and safe.
• Responds to guest requests and follows procedures to resolve issues.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs per work orders and schedules.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and records as required.
• Maintains organized maintenance areas and inventories tools daily.
• Ensures fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
