Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions properly and guest rooms remain in good repair. The role requires following Green Shield Binder guidance and timely completion of assigned tasks to meet company standards.

You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, assist with cleaning and upkeep, and respond to guest requests with diligence, while maintaining a safe, organized work area and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Perform tasks per Green Shield Binder and management direction.
• Respond to guest requests and follow procedures closely.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises, including trash removal and grounds upkeep.
• Execute repairs listed on work orders and complete preventative maintenance inspections.
