The role requires hands-on maintenance, safety awareness, and the ability to respond to guest requests with professional follow-through while preserving a pristine property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and use basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and company standards.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and records as required.
• Maintains clean and organized maintenance areas and inventory of tools.
