Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Engineer 2 to oversee day-to-day engineering operations across the lodge, including project management, life safety, ordering, and vendor coordination. The role covers maintenance and repairs in guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, ensuring safe and timely work, maintaining safety records, and following standard operating procedures across departments. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent certifications in relevant trades.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on equipment and systems in guest areas.
• Communicate daily activities and problems across shifts using approved channels.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain service records for systems.
• Attend safety trainings and maintain knowledge of departmental procedures.
• Adhere to park operations SOPs, timekeeping and safety requirements.
