Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to oversee day-to-day engineering operations in a hotel setting when the Assistant Director is unavailable. You will manage projects, supervise staff, schedule work, coordinate with vendors and ensure preventative maintenance across guestrooms, spaces, equipment, and grounds.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and related certifications required for supervision.
• Experience in hospitality or healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database software.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning and directing work.
• Ensure safe and timely work following safety standards and equipment guidelines.
• Maintain safety procedures and attend required trainings.
• Maintain service records on mechanical and structural systems.
• Lead staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage maintenance and water treatment operations.
• Ensure compliance with codes and OSHA regulations.
• Follow SOPs for park operation, timekeeping and safety.
• Assist in accident investigations and other duties as required.
