Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician 1 to oversee day-to-day engineering operations within the lodge. Manage project work, life safety, vendor coordination, and preventative maintenance across guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documenting activities, and ensuring safety and proper procedures. A technical degree or training, hospitality experience, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Technical degree or trade training required.
• Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• HVAC and/or Electrical certifications preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Computer skills including MS Office and basic database software.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing, electrical components and guestroom items.
• Assure daily activities and problems are communicated to other shifts using approved programs and standards.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and equipment utilization.
• Maintain departmental safety procedures and attend required safety trainings.
• Maintain service records on mechanical and structural systems.
• Ensure SOPs are followed for park operation, timekeeping and safety; complete daily/weekly/monthly documentation.
• Other duties as deemed by the Assistant Director of Engineering.
