Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to lead daily engineering operations in a resort hotel environment. You will supervise technicians, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and code compliance across guestrooms, public spaces, and facilities.

The role includes acting as Duty Engineer, coordinating scheduling and paperwork, and supporting the Director of Engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience supervising engineers in full-service facilities.
• HVAC and/or Electrical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in guestrooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage scheduling, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Maintain records on mechanical and structural systems and safety compliance.
• Act as Duty Engineer when needed.
