Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to oversee maintenance operations and ensure top-quality facility conditions for guests within budget. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership and team supervision in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating systems reliability, implementing preventive maintenance, and leading a technically skilled team while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction as priorities.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience with hands-on equipment maintenance including electronics failures and tools like test clips, grabbers, SMD tweezers, probes and insertion/extraction tools.
• 3+ years experience supervising a team of technically skilled individuals.

• Meets maintenance standards and contributes to strategic plans; ensures quality and guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems; identifies problems and requirements.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs and oversees repairs, replacements, and improvements.
