Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds.
• Provide exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Develop and monitor safety/compliance programs; ergonomic and emergency-response.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management on staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with courteous, +1 service attitude.
