Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our properties safe and performing at peak. You’ll perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, plus light carpentry and painting, while recording records and training teammates.

We value can-do personalities, English communication, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies. Starting wage is 26.00/hour, with opportunities for growth, benefits, and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance skills across multiple systems.
• Ability to perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Capable of training junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry and painting work.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed records and reports of work performed.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience through courteous service.
