Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Denver is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep the property in top condition. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC, plus light carpentry and painting, ensuring safe facilities and excellent guest experiences.

Strong maintenance knowledge, ability to troubleshoot and train junior staff, and flexibility for emergency repairs are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills to maintain and repair hotel facilities.
• Ability to dismantle equipment to repair or replace defective parts.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations for pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Do light carpentry, painting, vinyl, and drywall repairs.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
