Competenze

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Ability to perform partial/full dismantling and component replacement.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Maintain safety programs and records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep reports up to date and train maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with management to meet department needs and guest expectations.
