Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain safe and smooth-running hotel properties and grounds. You will complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC to ensure top-notch guest experiences.

You will perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair, implement safety programs, and keep detailed records. Training will be provided, with opportunities for growth within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills, capable of handling all aspects of hotel maintenance.
• Ability to dismantle equipment to repair or replace defective components.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and pool maintenance.
• Ability to speak, write and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and regulatory compliance for the facility.
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance work.
