Drury Inn & Suites - Arnold, MO is hiring a Maintenance Tech I to keep the hotel running smoothly and safely. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more while maintaining guest-ready areas.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, clear records, training teammates, and collaborating with management to meet staffing needs, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems and equipment.
Ability to dismantle equipment to repair or replace components and restore function.
Knowledge of pool maintenance including water chemistry, filtration, and operation.
Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds.
Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
Implement and monitor safety programs to ensure a safe facility and environment.
Keep detailed records and reports.
Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
Contribute to guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service.
