Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel property and grounds in excellent condition. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance across systems such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, plus light carpentry and painting.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across facility systems.
• Ability to speak, write and receive direction in English.
• Willingness to be available for emergency repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Do light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance; maintain records.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest experience through courteous service.
