Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair hotel mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring operational reliability across the property. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and general upkeep of FF&E and grounds.

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of multiple trades, basic carpentry, and a commitment to safety, with high school diploma preferred. This position offers opportunities to contribute to a well-managed hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel system malfunctions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) across hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and building exterior to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Adheres to company policies and safety procedures.
• Reports unsafe conditions and accidents to supervisor.
• Assists other engineering personnel as needed.
