B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance-focused technician to support engineering operations at one of its hotel properties in Arlington, VA.

You will assist the Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, repairs and guest-related service, ensuring property assets perform reliably. Role requires at least a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
• Dry wall repair experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engineering: Learn to maintain property assets and assist the Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, inspections and capital expenditures.
• Guest service: Respond to guest requests with friendly, high-level service and knowledge of property repairs.
• Identifies concerns and provides maintenance solutions: Assess assets and recommend maintenance services.
• Follows SOPs: Learn, understand and execute engineering SOPs.
• Works collaboratively with others: Team-oriented, supports other departments as needed.
• Works safely: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures and safety regulations.
• Self management: Plan and prioritize work, attend required meetings and follow attendance rules.
